Maria Freire-Hermelo

Eindhoven University of Technology

Dr Maria Freire-Hermelo received her PhD degree from the Institute Polytechnique de Paris (France) in 2020. Currently, she is working as a postdoc at TU/e. Her main research interests are digital signal processing and machine learning for optical fibre communications. Since 2021, she is an IEEE Senior Member. She has experience teaching and supervising undergraduate and master student projects.
